After very extensive search for the tiles for my apartment reno I came across T&S warehouse and instantly felt right.... Uzay was very informative,professional and fair throughout the process. I just want to start off by saying this isn’t a negative review I’m just very disappointed because I had high... expectations. My order was placed on September 10 and I have yet to receive my tile. There has been back and forth for the last month on my tile. It was out of stock, then it arrived but only a portion of my order arrived, then my tile was out of stock again and now I have to wait at least another week for my tile. I was told once it is received it will be expedited but that still a 2-3 day and which puts me getting my tile in October about a month from when I ordered my tile. Uzay has been doing what he can to find out and get my tile but I just feel as more could be done. He did offer to let me cancel my order as well. Moral of the story here, just make sure the tile you pick is in stock before you place the order if not you’ll be waiting awhile and your home renovation will be at a stand still.read more

After shopping for tiles for a couple a weeks and get quotes from big distributors like Home Depot, Lowes, Home Decor,... and a few small retailers; I found that the pricing here was well below what everyone was quoting me. They took their time to help choose different styles and explained the different qualities based on the origin of the tiles. So far I've re-done my master bathroom, half bath, kitchen, and living room at extremely affordable prices without having to haggle at all! Specifically 1 type tile I purchased was $6.25ft² at Home Depot and he had it listed at $3.79 ft². Never going anywhere else.read more

One of the best tile shopping experiences I have ever come across. Great individual attention from Uzay who is a... professional and knows his stuff. Good selection of material and very well priced. I did receive a ton of information which made me understand how the tile business works. In the end, big box retailers might not always get you the best price and this was exactly my situation. My husband and I went in literally 2 days after Hurricane Irma to Tiles N Stone for our floor project. Thankfully, they... were open and were extremely helpful in purchasing our tile. They went above and beyond, even without having any power. Our tiles were delivered on time, and look fabulous! I would recommend them to anyone looking for exotic tiles and amazing prices.read more
