If you won’t be able to inspect your tiles within 10 days from the proof of delivery, please consider using our FREE STORAGE service. When you open a pallet, IF YOU NOTICE A BROKEN BOX, please TAKE A PICTURE OF IT WHILE ON THE PALLET. It’s almost impossible to carry a box of broken tiles. Therefore, if broken box is moved from the pallet, we’ll assume it was DROPPED. Tile installation involves cutting. In many cases, broken boxes are used for
cuts. We’ll equally exchange the boxes that can not be used for cuts.
Tiles are manufactured with some variation. Every tile won’t be the same. Factories suggested grout joins is 2mm. However, most tiles can be installed with 1/16” grout joints. Closer installation is customer’s choice, and its consequences are the customer’s risk.
