Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Tiles & Stone Warehouse. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Warehouse Hours:
Our warehouse is open for pickups, returns, and exchanges Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:40 pm. Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays .
Appointment Scheduling:
Please call us at least two business days prior to your desired pickup, delivery, return, or exchange date to schedule an appointment. This allows us to ensure that we have adequate staff and resources available to serve you efficiently.
Delivery Inspection:
You must inspect your delivery for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Your signature on the delivery receipt indicates that the goods arrived safely and without noticeable damage and that all responsibility for the cargo has transferred to you. If you notice any damage, clearly note it on the delivery receipt before signing.
Inspection Period and Free Storage:
You have ten (10) days from the date of delivery to thoroughly inspect your tiles for any concealed damage or defects. If you are unable to inspect your tiles within this timeframe, we offer free storage at our warehouse. Please contact us to arrange for free storage.
Reporting Damaged Tiles:
If you discover any damaged tiles after signing the delivery receipt, you must notify us within the 10-day inspection period. If you open a pallet and find a broken box, take a picture of the box while it is still on the pallet. If a broken box is moved from the pallet before a photograph is taken, we will assume the damage occurred after delivery, and we will not be responsible for the damage.
Use of Damaged Tiles:
Tile installation often involves cutting. We will gladly exchange any boxes of broken tiles that cannot be used for cuts.
Tile Variation and Grout Joints:
Tiles are manufactured with inherent variations in color, shade, and texture. We cannot guarantee that all tiles will be identical. The factory-recommended grout joint size is 2mm. While many tiles can be installed with 1/16″ grout joints, closer installation is at the customer’s own risk. We are not responsible for any issues arising from grout joints smaller than the factory recommendation.
Special Orders:
All special orders are final and non-refundable.
Estimated Transit Times:
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
Payment Terms:
We accept the following forms of payment: CASH, PERSONAL OR COMPANY CHECK, ELECTRONIC WIRE TRANSFER, ACH TRANSFER, ZELLE, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMEX, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. We are not responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Legal Fees:
In the event of any legal dispute, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these terms will be posted on our website.
