Tiles & Stone Warehouse Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unopened boxes of tile within 30 days of the pickup or delivery date, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
Timeframe: Returns must be initiated and received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original pickup or delivery date. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Condition of Goods: Only unopened boxes of tile in their original, undamaged condition are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns of opened boxes, partially used tiles, or tiles that have been altered or damaged in any way.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Shipping/Transportation: The customer is responsible for transporting the returned items to our warehouse at their own expense. We do not offer return shipping labels or pickup services.
Exclusions:
Special Orders: All special orders are final and non-returnable. This includes tiles that are not regularly stocked items or that are custom-ordered to your specifications.
Additional Orders: We do not accept returns of additional tiles ordered to complete a project if the additional tiles were not included in the original order. It is the customer’s responsibility to accurately calculate the amount of tile needed for their project, including waste.
Clearance Items: All clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
Return Process:
Inspection Required: All returns must be brought to our warehouse for inspection prior to a refund being issued.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Restocking Fee (If Applicable): We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for certain returns, depending on the circumstances. Any applicable restocking fees will be clearly communicated to the customer prior to processing the return.
