The gently rounded edges allow grout lines to become a natural part of the installation, creating the timeless style associated with classic subway tile layouts.

Pressed tiles are commonly used for kitchen backsplashes, bathroom walls, shower surrounds, and decorative features, where their softer edges add depth and character while maintaining a clean and elegant appearance. Some older porcelain tile sizes are also still manufactured with pressed edges to provide budget-friendly alternatives while maintaining refined designs and a premium porcelain body
