Description

Limestone effect porcelain tile Burlington was designed to replicate the natural beauty of English limestone. Its surface features soft swirls and subtle veining, giving it a refined and subtle look that works well in both modern and traditional spaces. Inspired by the texture and tone of English building stones, Burlington brings a timeless elegance to any interior or exterior setting.

This tile is available in three versatile colors: Perla(Light Grey), Rock(Grey), and Anthracite (Dark Grey). Perla is a soft, light grey with a hint of cream undertone, offering a warm and neutral base that complements a wide range of design styles. Rock is a deeper grey, reminiscent of natural stone found in rugged landscapes, ideal for creating a bold and grounded atmosphere. Darkest color of the line; Anthracite is a great tool to design classy and impressing surfaces.

Burlington comes in three large-format sizes—32×72 , 24×48, and 32×32 —which help reduce grout lines and create a seamless, spacious feel. It is offered in both matte and grip finishes, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use, including wet areas like bathrooms, patios, and even garage floors. Its grip finish provides added traction, making it a practical choice for spaces that require durability and safety.

Whether you’re designing a residential space or a commercial project, Burlington provides the strength of porcelain tile with the timeless effect of limestone. Its subtle design and practical features make it a reliable choice for floors and walls alike.

Where to Use This Tile, and How Tile Finishes Work

Porcelain tile can be suitable for most interior and exterior floor and wall applications when properly selected and installed over a suitable substrate using appropriate setting materials, grout, and waterproofing where required. Under ANSI A137.1, porcelain tile has a water absorption rate of 0.5% or less. In showers and other wet areas, porcelain tile is widely used, but the tile and grout alone do not create a waterproof installation. Proper substrates, setting materials, waterproofing systems, and grout should be selected according to the installation conditions and TCNA guidelines. When slipperiness is a concern, the tile’s intended-use classification and DCOF performance should be considered under ANSI A326.3. Slip resistance alone does not determine safety; water, slope, contaminants, walking speed, and intended use can also affect surface conditions. For exterior areas exposed to direct sunlight, tile color and heat absorption should be considered, along with manufacturer recommendations for exterior use. Movement joints should also be incorporated where required in accordance with TCNA EJ171. Grout-joint width should follow the tile manufacturer’s recommendations and ANSI A108.02 rather than relying on one universal joint size..
