Thassos White is a high-quality large format white matte tile created for interiors that demand precision, durability, and refined simplicity. Produced in an expansive 48×48 format, this premium porcelain tile delivers a seamless, architectural surface ideal for both residential and commercial spaces.
Inspired by the pure, vein-free beauty of Thassos marble, the tile features a clean, uniform white appearance that allows scale and finish to define the design. The matte finish is carefully calibrated—soft, low-reflective, and consistent—demonstrating advanced surface control and manufacturing accuracy.
A key indicator of its quality is the colored body construction, where the white tone runs consistently throughout the tile rather than being limited to the surface. This reflects high-grade porcelain production and contributes to both durability and long-term visual integrity.
Manufactured in Turkey by one of Europe’s largest and most established porcelain tile producers, Thassos White benefits from large-scale industrial expertise, strict quality control, and advanced production technology. The result is a large format white matte tile that combines clean aesthetics, structural reliability, and professional-grade performance.

Standard matte, satin, and polished finishes usually have similar slip-resistance levels unless the tile is specifically rated as an In & Out or Grip finish.
For pool areas, a Grip finish is preferred. For outdoor areas that may get wet, an In & Out finish is usually the better choice. However, any wet surface can become slippery depending on the angle, speed, amount of water, and how the area is used, so caution is always required.
A DCOF rating above 0.42 is considered the beginning level of slip resistance. Tiles with more surface friction usually attract more dirt and dust, which is why they are generally preferred for outdoor areas.
