Pietra Avorio is a light beige limestone-look porcelain tile that brings a clean, natural aesthetic to any space. Its light beige tone, combined with subtle movement and soft shading, creates a balanced and timeless surface that works well in both modern and classic designs. The overall look is calm and understated, making it easy to pair with a wide range of materials, colors, and finishes.
This light beige limestone-look tile features a subtle design and an In & Out textured finish designed to perform seamlessly across interior and exterior applications. The texture provides added grip without taking away from the clean visual appeal, making it a practical choice for high-traffic areas where both style and functionality matter.
Pietra Avorio can be used on floors and walls in residential and commercial settings, including living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor spaces. Its durability and consistent appearance make it suitable for large installations where continuity is important. However, due to safety considerations, it is not recommended for use around swimming pools.
With its natural limestone inspiration and versatile performance, Pietra Avorio offers a reliable and visually cohesive solution for projects that require both elegance and practicality.
What’s Porcelain Tile, What’s Ceramic Tile?
Standard matte, satin, and polished finishes usually have similar slip-resistance levels unless the tile is specifically rated as an In & Out or Grip finish.
For pool areas, a Grip finish is preferred. For outdoor areas that may get wet, an In & Out finish is usually the better choice. However, any wet surface can become slippery depending on the angle, speed, amount of water, and how the area is used, so caution is always required.
A DCOF rating above 0.42 is considered the beginning level of slip resistance. Tiles with more surface friction usually attract more dirt and dust, which is why they are generally preferred for outdoor areas.
