Description

Iris Beige 32×32 tile comes with the look of marble floors with linear veining in the beige color for contemporary style tile interiors.  The linear veining is a style that transition the colors of the tile in a smooth way and make them blend with the background.  Available in the 32×32 size with the polished finish.

Iris Beige comes from Kutahya Seramik of Turkey.

If you did a little research on porcelain floor tiles, probably you already heard that the Turkish tile industry is the 3rd largest one in Europe and their reputation is as good or even better than their Spanish or Italian rivals. One thing that you may have not heard of is that Turkey enforces Green Standards.  The use of led and cadmium, especially for white glaze is strictly controlled.  Moreover, Kutahya is one of the largest and oldest factories in Turkey with an excellent reputation in Europe.

Marble Look Tiles with Linear Veining Are Very Trendy

The leading flooring trends for 2020 are white and grey color tiles with the minimum movement for a subtle look. However, there are still a lot of people who prefer the light beige for its warmth. Especially beige color tiles with a smooth design, such as linear veining are pretty popular.

Today, porcelain tiles can deliver the exact same look of the marble floors with great precision. Besides, the manufacturer can create designs that are hard to find in natural marble with and adopt them to popular interior styles.  Moreover, porcelain tiles cost less, and they require almost no maintenance.  Iris beige  will prove to you how good alternatives porcelain tiles became with their improved futures and how great designing tools they are for outstanding interiors.

Where to Use This Tile, and How Tile Finishes Work

Porcelain tile can be used as floor or wall tile in almost any interior room, except for shower pans. Once installed, porcelain tiles are waterproof, frost-resistant, and heat-resistant. Porcelain tiles are also excellent choices for exterior walls. Standard matte, satin, and polished finishes usually have similar slip-resistance levels unless the tile is specifically rated as an In & Out or Grip finish. For pool areas, a Grip finish is preferred. For outdoor areas that may get wet, an In & Out finish is usually the better choice. However, any wet surface can become slippery depending on the angle, speed, amount of water, and how the area is used, so caution is always required. A DCOF rating above 0.42 is considered the beginning level of slip resistance. Tiles with more surface friction usually attract more dirt and dust, which is why they are generally preferred for outdoor areas.
